I started quilting in 2013 making my first quilt from an Irish Chain pattern and fabric my mom purchased in my wedding colors, green and blue. It was a fun project and where my love of sewing and quilting really took off.
Fast forward a few years to 2019 when I discovered quilting really brings me so much joy. There's something so peaceful about picking out the fabric, cutting each piece and watching each pattern progress into something beautiful. I look at my stash and there are so many stories that go along with so many items. Fabric that came from a girl's trip. A fat quarter bundle that I just couldn't resist. Shop hops that revealed the perfect treasure and memories I will certainly never forget.
When I found the opportunity to own my own longarm I was so excited to take my hobby to the next level. It's satisfying being able to watch a project progress along its whole journey. When I'm not sewing I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, gardening and enjoying the great outdoors here in Oregon.
Our black lab is my "office manager" and often will check in on me to see what projects I've got going.
I would be honored to help you get one step closer to your finished projects - check out my Longarm Services page for all of the details.
Your support of my small business means the world and I look forward to working with you.
